The Aeroplex Training Center has reached a new milestone: for the first time in the company’s history, the Hungarian aircraft maintenance provider is entering the international education market through a multi-national, professional collaboration. Aeroplex has signed a one-year agreement with Budapest-based AEROK Ltd. and Egypt’s Safety Aviation Services Ltd. (SAVIS). As a result of the partnership, starting this autumn, international aviation maintenance professionals will arrive for Airbus A320 practical training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs in Budapest.
Online Theory, Practical Training in Budapest
The training program is built on two pillars: theoretical instruction will be delivered online by AEROK Ltd., an EASA Part-147 approved training organization, while the practical hands-on training will take place at Aeroplex’s maintenance base in Budapest. Participants will gain first-hand experience in A320 maintenance procedures at the ACE facility, one of the most modern hangars in the region.
Key Players in the Collaborative Training Scheme
- AEROK Ltd.: Active since 2004, the company delivers both theoretical and practical training for various aircraft types, including Airbus A300-600, A320, A330, Boeing 737, 757, 767, 777, 787, Bombardier CRJ100/200, Q400, and Fokker 70.
- SAVIS Ltd.: A Cairo-based aviation training provider offering EASA-compliant courses and maintaining close cooperation with the Scottish institution Air Service Training (AST).
The First International Outcome of Aeroplex’s Training Reform
Since 2021, Aeroplex has been implementing a comprehensive reform in its training strategy. The company has established its own Part-147 training organization and significantly enhanced the quality and scope of its educational offerings. This latest collaboration is a tangible result of the company’s long-term development strategy and a gateway to further international expansion.

Growing Interest in ACE Training Programs
Aeroplex has received increasing inquiries from foreign aviation schools interested in joining its EASA Part-147 certified training ecosystem. In addition to institutional collaborations, there is notable interest in individual training modules. Several higher education institutions are also exploring partnerships that would benefit from Aeroplex’s extensive hands-on expertise.
A Strategic Leap Forward on the Global Training Market
This new training initiative is not only a professional achievement but also a strategic step toward entering the global aviation education arena. The A320-focused program strengthens the Hungarian aviation industry by showcasing excellence in high-quality, standards-driven maintenance training.
