The ACRC Takes Off: Launching the new Component Repair Center in Maglód

On October 1st, we reach a new milestone: the launch of Aeroplex Component Repair Center (ACRC) in Maglód! Below is a summary of the key details regarding the start of operations.

Launch

The preparation of the center is well underway, with machines, shelving systems, and technologies being installed at full speed. According to the plans, our Wheels and Brakes Workshop will be relocated between September 27-30, and on October 1st, we will begin training sessions, followed by a test run.

With the support from the Engineering teams, we will ensure smooth operations and will ramp up to full speed by the end of October.

The Engine Parts Repair and Composite Structure Repair Workshops are scheduled to be ready by November 1st, completing the Aeroplex Component Repair Center.

Operations

The center will feature modern equipment and technologies, and the logistical processes will follow the latest systems. A full logistics team will support production and clients with services like receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transporting — just as we operate at the Aeroplex home base today.

Opening

In the coming weeks, we will provide updates on the relocation and the official opening of the new facility. Stay tuned and follow along as Aeroplex’s Component Repair Division reaches a new level!
